Keep Calm and Carry On

My photo posts of London continue… One day we took the Underground to see St. Paul’s Cathedral and then walked across Millennium Bridge (which was in Harry Potter) to Shakespeare’s Globe and along the river. We saw some old London history, Winchester Palace from the 13th century, Golden Hinde English vessel, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, and finally Leadenhall Market. Leadenhall Market is where they filmed Diagon Alley for Harry Potter and made it dark and gloomy using CGI. And we did all of this before noon!

Above is the remains of Winchester Palace.

Above is Golden Hinde. I used my wide angle lens to try to get the whole ship in the shot and it did create a bit of a bubble effect.

The last three pictures are Leadenhall Market.
