English Muffins

This week I tackled English Muffins from scratch. When reviewing the recipe I certainly thought they wouldn’t be too difficult but I think my baklava turned out better than these muffins. They are still edible and they are already half gone after making them yesterday but I could have baked them in the oven a few minutes longer because they are still doughy on the inside. But that won’t stop me from toasting them and adding butter and jam. I think I’ll just need to try again in a few months. :)
