Ciabatta Bread

This week’s new adventure for cooking/baking was ciabatta bread! I love ciabatta bread, especially when making sandwiches. This bread was new for me because it uses rapid rise yeast and you make a “sponge” first. I’m happy to say that it turned out really well! Just like my baklava, I used a recipe from Brown Eyed Baker’s blog.
