It’s been a long time since I posted but never fear, I have a new recipe for you to try! Peanut Butter Chip Brownies!! This brownies are so delicous. They are chewy, full of chocolate flavor with peanut butter chips in every bite! If you’re a Reese cup lover like me, you can’t pass these up. The best part is the recipe uses an 8×8 pan so you’re not left with a whole pan of brownies to eat, although I don’t think that would be so bad with these brownies. ;)
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I have and it’s certainly one to add to the list of must have desserts!
1/2 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup Reese peanut butter chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour an 8 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl beat the butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and then add vanilla and mix well.
3. In a medium sized bowl mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in three batches. Fold in peanut butter chips.
4. Spread into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
